STATE POLICE ATTEND TO ILLINOIS CAR ACCIDENT THAT CLAIMS THE LIFE OF A YOUNG WOMAN

An Illinois Car Accident involving a single vehicle took the life of a twenty-five year old San Jose woman. The woman was attended to by Illinois State Police.

At the time of the Illinois Car Crash, Illinois State Police say Shannon N. Hammel was driving east on U.S. 136. They believe she left the roadway and lost control of her vehicle in gravel when she over-corrected.

ILLINOIS CAR ACCIDENT CAUSES MULTIPLE INJURIES

A late Saturday/early Sunday morning multi- vehicle Illinois car accident left 19 people injured and sent six people to a Chicago area hospital. Officials reported the vehicles collided near Montrose.

Illinois first responders and Illinois State Police believe the road conditions, including ice, may have contributed to the car collisions.
